Findspot: Found in 1926 at Cyrene ➚: re-used as pavement in frigidarium of Trajanic Baths.

Place of origin: Cyrene ➚: facing of the Northern side of Apollo's altar .

Last recorded location: Seen in 1983 and many times again until 2010 by C. Dobias-Lalou at Cyrene ➚: on the reconstructed altar of Apollo. Seen in 2012 by Rosamilia at the same place.
