Findspot: Found in 1928 at Cyrene: Sanctuary of Apollo, Lesche near the Temple of Artemis.

Place of origin: Findspot.

Last recorded location: Seen in 1983 by C. Dobias-Lalou in situ, in the Sanctuary of Apollo.
