Source description
Support: Shallow niche cut in the rock; an altar was probably cut below, but is no longer visible (dimensions not registered).
Layout: Inscribed on the back wall in two lines (at line 1 width 0.35).
Letters: Height not registered; finely cut, but irregular in dimensions; slantering mu and sigma.
Date: Perhaps fourth century BC (lettering).
Findspot: Found before 1923 at Cyrene ➚: Ain Hofra.
Place of origin: Findspot.
Last recorded location: Seen by C. Dobias-Lalou in 1982 in situ, at Ain Hofra.

Commentary
We have probaly here, as in other such mentions, two genitives, one for the god to whom the altar was dedicated, the other one for the human worshipper. However, a nominative of the personal name, preferred by Forbes, would not be impossible.
