Source description

Support: Fragmentary marble panel broken off on all sides (w: 0.19 × h: 0.163 × d: 0.035).

Layout: Inscribed on one side and later inscribed with IRCyr2020 P.58 on opposite side.

Letters: 0.029; smaller and dotted omicron.

Date: Probably second century BC (context, lettering).

Findspot: Found in 1935 at Ptolemais: in the Basilica, which should not be the place of its first re-use.

Place of origin: Ptolemais.

Last recorded location: Tolmeita Museum, inv. number unknown. Seen by J.M. Reynolds in 1961 in the Tolmeita Museum. Not seen by IGCyr team; edited from J.M. Reynolds' notebook.
