Commentary

Several personal names with first stem Ἀστυ- being known in Cyrenaica, no further restoration is possible here. As there was space only for two lines on the stone, the tiny vestiges of two letters at line 2 should belong to the father's name. The block was cut for being inserted into a monument, probably honorific, of which it would have been a sort of lintel.
