Layout: Scratched under foot, to be read from outside.

Date: Fifth century BC

Findspot: Found in 1928 at Cyrene: Trajanic Baths, under the small pool (4 meters-deep).

Place of origin: Findspot.

Last recorded location: Cyrene Museum, inv. number unknown. Seen by J.-J. Maffre before 1990 in Shahat: Cyrene Museum.
