English translation
[---]machos son of [---]es, [So-and-so son of So-and-so] (scil. dedicated) to Apollo.
Italian translation
[---]machos figlio di [---]es, [il tale figlio del tale] (scil. hanno dedicato) ad Apollo.
Commentary
The larger letters at line 3 show that this is a dedication to Apollo. The endings respectively of nominative and genitive preserved at line 1-2 allow to restore the layout with two columns mentioning two donors.
Tοο many names in -μαχος are known in Cyrenaica to allow any restoration.
