Support: Marble block (w: 0.27 × h: 0.15 × d: 0.49).
Layout: Inscribed on the face.
Letters: 0.018; nicely carved with slight serifs; slanting sigma and also slighlty slanting mu; theta with a very small dot; middle-shaped circular letters cut above the line.
Date: First half of third century BC
Findspot: Found in 1916 at Cyrene ➚: South of the Caesareum.
Place of origin: Findspot.

Commentary
For the date, Oliverio said «buona epoca»; SEG, 9.178 has erroneously «second century BC». C. Dobias-Lalou says from photograph 'third century BC'.
With such a date, compounds in -φύης are very few in Cyrenaica; the father's name being the same, the name at l. 4 may be taken as identical with that at IGCyr0652102, l. 97.
The lettering being homongeneous, this should not be a list of priests, as suggested by Hondius in SEG, whereas Oliverio cautiously mentioned a «lista pubblica».
