Dîme (scil. consacrée) à Apollon.

English translation

Tithe (scil. dedicated) to Apollo.

Italian translation

Decima (scil. dedicata) ad Apollo.

Commentary

The accusative δεκάταν and the dative of the god's name imply that the verb ἀνέθηκε was subaudible, whereas no dedicant's name was ever inscribed. For a parallel, see IGCyr1069502 and probably IGCyr0064002.
