Date: First half of the fifth century BC (monument type).

Findspot: Found before 1961 at Cyrene: probably Sanctuary of Apollo.

Place of origin: Findspot.

Last recorded location: Seen by L. Gasperini in 1961 in Shahat: Cyrene Museum.
