Layout: Scratched on outside, below rim.

Letters: 0.002-0.003.

Date: 360-330 BC (monument type).

Findspot: Found before 1987, plausibly at Cyrene: Sanctuary of Apollo.

Place of origin: Findspot.

Last recorded location: Seen by J.-J. Maffre in 1987 in Shahat: Cyrene Museum.
