Support: In a rock-cut tomb also containing IRCyr2020 C.598 (dimensions unknown).

Layout: Scratched on the Eastern wall.

Letters: Not forming a regular line.

Date: Second century BC

Findspot: Copied by H.F. De Cou in 1910-1911 at Cyrene: North Necropolis, on the right side of the old road from Cyrene to Apollonia, in the group of tombs N78-80 Cassels.

Place of origin: Findspot.

Last recorded location: Seen by C. Dobias-Lalou on September 1st, 2001 in situ in the North Necropolis.

Commentary

The queer name *Χωρόφιλος admitted by Robinson, has been registered in Fraser – Matthews 1987. In fact, between omicron and chi there is a slight shift, allowing the proposed abbreviation.
