Source description

Support: Grey marble base with two footprints on top, broken at the upper right angle, chipped off at the left edge (w: 0.82 × h: 0.67 × d: 0.695).

Layout: Inscribed: l. 2 is not well centred.

Letters: 0.022 ll. 1-2; 0.02 l. 3.

Date: Second half of third century BC (lettering).

Findspot: Found before 1924 at Cyrene: agora, reused in a late wall, N-W of the Temple of Demeter and Kore.

Place of origin: Findspot.

Last recorded location: Seen by C. Dobias-Lalou in 1977 at Cyrene: agora, before West portico.
