Support: Rock-cut niche containing an altar with at least two compartments (dimensions not registered).

Layout: Inscribed on the rear wall, above the altar (width 0.43).

Letters: height not registered; deeply cut, all letters not on the same line and with different heights.

Date: Perhaps fourth century BC (lettering).

Findspot: Found before 1923 at Cyrene: Ain Hofra.

Place of origin: Findspot.

Last recorded location: Seen by C. Dobias-Lalou in 1982 in situ at Ain Hofra.
