Layout: Inscribed on front face.

Letters: 0.038; serifs, smaller omicron.

Date: Probably second century BC

Findspot: Found before 1960 at Ptolemais: exact findspot unrecorded.

Place of origin: Findspot.

Last recorded location: Tolmeita Museum, inv. number unknown. Seen by D. Morelli in 1960 in Ţulmaythah: Tolmeita Museum. Not seen by IGCyr team.

This inscription was published by Morelli without photograph.

The same date in second century BC was given in Fraser – Matthews 1987, obviously from Reynolds' advice and in private communication by Laronde to Dobias-Lalou, who could unfortunately not trace the stone in the Tolmeita Museum.
