Findspot: Found in 1975 at Cyrene: agora, under West Stoa.

Place of origin: Findspot.

Last recorded location: Cyrene Museum, Storeroom of the Italian missions, A75 M2 513. Observed by R. Leone between 1997 and 2005 in Shahat: Storeroom of the Italian missions. Not seen by IGCyr team.
