Source description

Support: Two non-adjacent fragments of foot and bottom of an Attic black-glazed ware bowl (h: 0.015; diameter 0.06).

Layout: Scratched under the foot on one of the fragments.

Letters: 0.005; carelessly cut.

Date: Second half of fourth century BC (context).

Findspot: Found in 1998 at Cyrene: in the Hellenistic Gymnasium, later Caesareum.

Place of origin: Findspot.

Last recorded location: Cyrene Museum, Storeroom of the Italian exacavations, C98 B3 49. Observed by R. Leone between 1998 and 2005 in Shahat: storeroom of the Italian missions. Studied by S. Marengo from photograph.
