Layout: Inscribed on front face.

Letters: 0.01-0.02; smaller omicron, slanting sigma.

Date: Third century BC (lettering).

Findspot: Bought by H.F. De Cou in 1911 from an Arab at Cyrene: exact findspot unknown.

Place of origin: Findspot.

Last recorded location: Seems to be lost.
