Text

Interpretive

Diplomatic

French translation

Consacré(e) à la déesse [---].

French translation

Dedicated to the goddess [---].

French translation

Consacrata/i alla dea [---].

Commentary

The goddess is probably Demeter. The form ἱαρά, if a feminine singular, would not apply to a krater, thus it might rather be a neuter plural, applying to several objects. The two last preserved letters do no longer make sense for us.
