Layout: Scratched under foot; to be read from outside.

Letters: 0.004.

Date: 500-475 BC (monument type).

Findspot: Found before 1961 at Cyrene: probably Sanctuary of Apollo.

Place of origin: Findspot.

Last recorded location: Seen by L. Gasperini in 1961 in Shahat: Cyrene Museum. Not seen by IGCyr team.
