For the father's name at line 4, the only name having a sequence εω, plus 3 letters at the genitive seems to be the already attested Neon. Furhtermore, Rosamilia 2023 points out that the display of this ephebic list seems very similar to that of IGCyr104000² with the name of the first epheb displaid on the whole line and thus highlighted.
